These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eugenix Care Plus mobile application ("App"), operated by Eugenix Hair Sciences ("Eugenix", "we", "our", "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App
- Individuals under 18 may use the App only with parental or legal guardian consent
The App is designed to support Eugenix patients through their post-operative journey and may include:
- Recovery guidance and care instructions
- Personalised recovery timelines and reminders
- Photo uploads for medical review
- Appointment booking and follow-up support
- AI-powered assistance for general queries
The App is intended for support and informational purposes only.
- It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Always consult a qualified Eugenix doctor for medical concerns
- In-person evaluation may be required for accurate diagnosis
Eugenix may use collected information for the following purposes:
- Authenticating and verifying authorized user access
- Providing customer support services
- Facilitating post-procedure assistance and communication
- Responding to support queries
- Enabling AI-assisted support functionality
- Escalating conversations to human support representatives where necessary
- Improving service quality and operational efficiency
- Monitoring service usage for security and misuse prevention
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Complying with legal, regulatory, healthcare documentation, operational, or safety obligations
By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the App only for lawful and intended purposes
- Not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, or misuse
- Not upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
You are solely responsible for the information and content you submit.
By uploading photographs or medical data:
- You consent to their use for diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment purposes
- You confirm that the data belongs to you or you are authorised to share it
- You acknowledge that medical outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed
All such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App includes an AI-powered assistant:
- The assistant provides general guidance based on predefined protocols
- The AI assistant's communication does not constitute medical advice or clinical diagnosis
You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated responses for medical decisions. Eugenix Hair Sciences shall not be liable for outcomes based solely on such reliance.
Certain interactions within the App may be handled or supported by AI-powered systems to provide faster automated assistance.
By using the App, users acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses are automated outputs
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or contextually incorrect
- AI-generated responses are intended for informational support purposes only
- AI-generated responses do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment advice, prescription guidance, or emergency medical assistance
Where appropriate, interactions may be escalated to authorised human support representatives.
Some features of the Application may use artificial intelligence (AI) to process user inputs and provide automated responses, recommendations, or analysis.
By using these features, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before relying on them. We may use trusted third-party AI service providers to deliver such functionality in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Support interactions conducted through the App may be accessed or reviewed by authorised Eugenix personnel, including support teams, operational teams, or clinical coordination teams, for purposes including:
- Responding to support requests
- Escalation handling
- Service quality monitoring
- Operational improvements
- Compliance, audit, or safety requirements
By accessing or using the App, users acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Where required, explicit consent may be collected within the App before access to certain services or features.
Eugenix may engage authorized third-party service providers to support App functionality and operational delivery, including providers for:
- Cloud hosting infrastructure
- Messaging or communication infrastructure
- AI support technologies
- Analytics services
- Diagnostic or crash monitoring services
- Authentication systems
- Technical support infrastructure
Such providers are permitted to process information only for legitimate service delivery purposes and under applicable confidentiality and contractual obligations.
Eugenix retains collected information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Customer support service delivery
- Post-procedure assistance
- Internal operations
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Dispute handling
- Fraud prevention
- Healthcare documentation obligations
- Security and audit requirements
Retention duration may vary depending on operational, contractual, healthcare, or legal obligations.
- Appointment availability is subject to doctor schedules
- Teleconsultations are advisory and may have limitations
- Final diagnosis or treatment recommendations may require in-person evaluation
The App may offer escalation or support features; however:
- It does not replace emergency medical services
- In case of a medical emergency, you should immediately contact a hospital or emergency provider
By using the App, you consent to receive:
- Service-related notifications
- Appointment reminders
- Support communications via call, SMS, email, or app notifications
You may manage certain communication preferences within the App where available.
All content within the App, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Eugenix Hair Sciences.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eugenix shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control
- Outcomes arising from misuse of the App or failure to follow medical advice
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eugenix, its doctors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your misuse of the App
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of false or unauthorised data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- Misuse or abuse of services is detected
- Required for legal or security reasons
- We may update or modify these Terms at any time
- Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram.
